My 6 year old woke up this morning…

and decided that today was the day he needed to take the training wheels off of his bike. Seriously. He just decided out of the blue. When I left to go to Jazzercise, Wade had the wrench out front and was taking those bad boys off. I didn’t get any pictures of those first wobbly moments (darn Jazzercise), but I did get to snap a few this afternoon. I am one proud mama…

He is so proud of himself, too. My big boy…

Still floating on air.

So happy for the experience that I had on Saturday photographing the Brandi Carlile concert in Boulder at the Chautauqua Auditorium. A little sad that the lighting was *atrocious* and I didn’t get the quality of photos that I really wanted. But seriously grateful to have had the chance to photograph Brandi and the boys. I’ll share a few of my favorites and post the link to the album of the pics that came out halfway decent.
